Electrophoretic paint is a kind of waterborne coating suitable for electrophoretic coating. It can be widely applied to automobiles, household appliances and furniture. And other hardware coating.
However, when electrophoretic coating is applied, the coated parts often need to rinse large quantities of water, so as to remove the floating paint and sediment attached thereto. And this rinsing water is commonly referred to as electrophoretic paint wastewater.
In these electrophoretic paint wastewater, it contains harmful chemical substances such as epoxy resin, paint, vegetable oil, carboxylic acid, butanol and pigment, which are complex and difficult to be biodegraded, which will cause great harm to the environment.
Therefore, we should take relevant measures to deal with these wastewater and deal with the trend of environmental protection.
So what are the methods to treat the electrophoretic lacquer wastewater?
The treatment of electrophoretic lacquer wastewater:
1. Coagulation method:
This method is mainly by adding inorganic coagulant or polymer coagulant to the waste water, thereby destroying the settlement stability of the solution, making it agglutinating, precipitating and producing the agglutinating block for wastewater treatment.
2. Air floatation:
The air floatation method relies mainly on many micro air saturation on the floc, so that its density is less than l and the floatation is removed by adhering to the gas saturated flocs. The separation speed is proportional to the density difference between the liquid and the gas floc and the square of the equivalent diameter of the gas floc, so that the equivalent diameter of the saturated floc can be increased and the density difference between the liquid and the liquid can be increased, so that the velocity of the separation of solid and liquid can be increased greatly.
3. Membrane separation method:
Membrane separation is, as the name suggests, a process of solvent separation by means of external pressure, external pressure and semi permeable membrane. The membrane separation method mainly includes three kinds of ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and electrodialysis, while the membrane separation method used to treat electrophoretic coating wastewater is two kinds of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis method.
4. Biochemical treatment:
This method is mainly based on the life activity of microorganism, which is used to oxidize and decompose the harmful substances in electrophoretic waste water. It can effectively remove colloidal organic matter dissolved in waste water with high efficiency and low cost, and can be discharged into the standard after purification.
